Share in the JOY, Inc. is dedicated to fostering community resilience and well-being through collaborative efforts and compassionate outreach. As a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization headquartered in the State of Nevada. Our philanthropic endeavors encompass a diverse range of initiatives, including coordinating and hosting various events, developing strategic partnerships with fellow nonprofit organizations to maximize our collective impact, mobilizing volunteers, and developing innovative programs aimed at fostering positive community outcomes. Share in the JOY, Inc. focuses its efforts on four key areas of need: children in foster care, victims of domestic violence, homeless and shelter-challenged families and individuals, and animals in shelters. We strive to create a community where everyone can experience JOY, support, and a sense of belonging.

Live entertainment veteran, Mike Finn Finocchiaro started this charity to help teach his daughters that giving is more rewarding than receiving. Over the years this annual event evolved from loading up his car with gifts for freestyle charity giving, to a full throttle event where they were able to provide dream gifts for up to fifty families per year. As this annual giving all took shape, they were encouraged to apply for a 501c nonprofit status and in 2019 Santa’s Roadies was officially sanctioned as a recognized charity. This allowed them to grow beyond the Christmas holiday and were also able to bring Thanksgiving into the giving spirit as well, feeding over 50 families for their Thanksgiving meal. 

As this charity grows, they are striving to bring this spirit into a full-time effort of giving and offering care for those that need it most. They will be hosting benefits, fundraisers, and auctions to support this effort as they continue to experience exponential growth.  If you are looking for a way to help, with the ease of pushing a button, and the security of knowing that your good will is being put directly where it is needed most, please think of Santa’s Roadies as you spread your positive energy throughout the year.
